The event was organized by cable and Wireless. It took place at Guatemala City on November 9. This event brought together the elite of successful executives in the implementation of Business Process Management (BPM), as well as the opportunity to provide an exceptional experience to their clients as a company. It was conformed by 13 experts from the industry and 9 speeches on technological innovation. On behalf of San Pedro Sula, Honduras was the executive director of Century Business Square, Marcelo Larach.

Mr. Marcelo Larach presented the proposal of his project, which is a 3.0 version designed for the nearshore outsourcing industry. He said, "We have designed a business center focused on meeting the needs of a BPO or call center operation, allowing companies to focus on their core business."  The value proposition was based on 4 main points: human capital and strategic alliances, strategic location and complementary infrastructure, redundant systems and free zone benefits. The Executive Director also emphasize the potential that the industrial capital of the country has, acknowledging that his family has more than a hundred years investing and believing in the human capital of it.
